Jordan New is a Costume Designer and Artisan from Atlanta, Georgia. She just received her MFA in Costume Design and Technology from the University of Missouri Kansas City and previously graduated Magna Cum Laude from Troy University with her BS in theatre. She is passionate about both costume technology and design, with a special interest in Fabric Painting and crafts. She has most recently  designed Blood Wedding (UMKC), Master Harold and the Boys (Kansas City Actors Theatre), and Secret Soldiers: Heroines in Disguise (Coterie Children’s Theatre). Summers for Jordan include working at regional theatres including Utah Shakespeare Festival.
